Axcess48 subscribers can view all current projects out for bid, project blueprints, specifications, addenda, bidders lists and low bid awards. Mid Atlantic BX Members, please use current member log-in Portal on the BX homepage to access Commercial Construction projects. Please do not sign in here as you have access to projects through COOL.

 

Axcess48 subscriptions begin immediately after submission of the online subscription form. Subscribers will receive username and password confirmation via email and have access to COOL for exactly 48 hours after subscribing. Axcess48 subscribers can contact Mid Atlantic BX for customer service, questions, new username or password requests and COOL assistance. Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Calls and requests will only be taken during those hours. If a subscriber needs customer service outside of the listed times, it does not change or extend the duration of the Axcess48 subscription.


Not all projects listed in COOL have project blueprints, specifications, addenda, bidders lists and low bid awards.
